My work begins with listening deeply.
Your body is always communicating, often through subtle symptoms, patterns, or feelings that are easy to dismiss in a busy life. Together, we slow down and learn to recognize the signals your subconscious is sending about your health, rather than ignoring or pushing through them.
From there, we take a thoughtful look at your daily habits and lifestyle. We explore what is happening beneath the surface, identify areas that may need support, and decide what to focus on first because true healing works best when it is personalized and prioritized.

Daily Habits and Food Awareness
We start by looking at your day to day routines, including sleep, movement, stress, and nourishment. When helpful, we may use a short term food diary to create awareness around what and how you are eating. This is not a forever practice, and it is never about judgment or restriction. It is simply a tool to help reveal patterns, gaps, and opportunities for support. Once clarity is gained, the tracking naturally falls away.
Detoxification & Environmental Awareness
We explore how your body clears toxins and where it may be getting overwhelmed. This includes identifying common sources of exposure such as your home environment, food, personal care items, and cleaning products. Supporting detoxification is about helping your body do what it’s designed to do more efficiently.
Lymphatic Support
Your lymphatic system is a key waste-removal pathway and relies on movement to function well. We explore gentle, realistic ways to get lymph flowing so toxins don’t stagnate and burden your system.
Stress, Cortisol and Emotional Wellness
Stress is unavoidable. How we move through it matters. We look at your stress patterns, discuss cortisol’s impact on energy, hormones, immune function, and weight, and explore your ability to process stress emotionally. When appropriate, we may use gentle energy based tools to help release stored emotions or trauma that may be contributing to physical symptoms.
Bloodwork & Genetic Insights (Optional)
For some people, data is motivating. If that’s you, we can review bloodwork and explore genetic testing to identify root causes and areas where your metabolic pathways may need extra support. Genetic variations can affect energy production (ATP), hormone balance, histamine clearance, cholesterol metabolism, and detoxification. Understanding these patterns helps us work with your biology, not against it.
Nutrition Strategy
